Gemilang Resources Pte. Ltd is the sole trading arm of the PT. Gemilang Transenergy Resources, Indonesia, a the holding company with a portfolio of producing, development and advanced exploration coal concessions located across Indonesia.

Gemilang - Indonesia, currently has 16 concessions which are 100% owned, apart from JV mines across Central and East Kalimantan.

Of the 16 assets, 13 are located in the regencies of Mesuji and Tulang Bawang. The total mine-able reserves in these concessions is 400MMT. These concessions have been assigned to a local captive mine mouth power plant which is currently under development.

The JV mines which are located in East and Central Kalimantan have mineable reserves of upto 220 MMT.

Apart from JV mines, Gemilang Indonesia has signed agreements for operating IUP's in Central Kalimantan which has mineable reserves of upto 170MMT. 3 mines in Central Kalimantan have just begun operations, with 4 more due to go live between Q3-2018 / Q2-2019.
